We deliver our chocolates throughout United Kingdom and all countries within the European Union, excluding Malta and Cyprus.

UNITED KINGDOM

 We deliver our chocolates throughout the United Kingdom within 2 to 4 days excluding Saint Helens, Ascension Island, Tristan Da Cunha, Man Island, Jersey and Guersney .

The delivery date is indicated when the order is taken and reconfirmed in the confirmation e-mail.

The time frame is met by direct delivery of the product to the addressee’s specified address. If the recipient is absent, the delivery is made a second time on the following day. If the recipient is again absent, then the product is sent back to SICHOCO - SAS Office in France.

We commit to offer you quality service at competitive prices compared to other chocolatiers.  We pass on to you the rates as applied by our partner. In the United Kingdom, delivery costs £ 13.18

If there is a delay in delivery, Abanico promises to respond appropriately within 24 hours after the complaint is made using the contact form.

If the delivery time indicated by Abanico exceeds more than 7 days, the client may request a cancellation of the order by registered letter with confirmation of receipt. The consumer may exercise this right within sixty business days from the date indicated for delivery of the product. The consumer will then be reimbursed in full.

EUROPEAN UNION:

We deliver our products to all European Union countries, excludind Malta and Cyprus, within 2 to 6 working days. Find the details by country here.

On the first day indicated above, the delivery is made to the addressee's specified address anytime in the day. If the recipient is absent, the delivery is made a second time on the following day. If the recipient is again absent, then the product is sent back to SICHOCO - SAS Office in France.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

For France, we deliver our chocolates throughout Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, as well as in the Overseas Departments, on the day of your choice, within 24-48 hours.  

In Metropolitan France, delivery is made between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and costs £ 7,57 from Monday to Friday and £ 11,48 on Saturday.
