Only available for an order taken by phone on 0811 031 316 and for a delivery from Monday through Friday.

If the order is taken before 3.00 p.m, the chocolates will be delivered before 6.30 p.m on the same day. If the order is taken after 3.00 p.m, the chocolates will be delivered on the day after.

Express delivery costs 8.90€ for a delivery in the city of Paris and is more expensive for other destinations (more information by phone on 0811 031 316).

If there is a delay in delivery, Abanico promises to respond appropriately within 24 hours after the complaint is made using the contact form.

If the delivery times indicated by Abanico are exceeded by more than 7 days, the client may request cancellation of the order by registered letter with confirmation of receipt. The consumer may exercise this right within sixty business days from the date indicated for delivery of the product. The consumer will then be reimbursed in full.
